3 Things To Do When Feeling Overwhelmed

Sometimes life throws at you many challenges at once and you feel like it’s too much. This could help.

Are you one of those people who has so many ideas and wants to do them all??

Or maybe you have so many responsibilities that you put on yourself and you feel like if you don’t do it nobody will (or it won’t be done as you like it / on time / at all)?

Well, first of all, take a deep long breath…and breathe out through the mouth fully using a sound AAAAAAAAAH…..

Repeat this two more times…

Ok, once you have released this stuck energy we can move forward.

No matter what is going on in your life remember to breathe.

Secondly, ask yourself — is it truly your job to do everything and/or everything at once? What would happen if you let go of control?

If you are doing everything for everyone, delegate some of the work and allow others to do their part of the job, no matter how imperfect you feel it will be. With time they will learn, give them some time and trust.

If you are trying to follow all of your interests and passions at once then break it down into smaller steps AND focusing on one thing at a time…
