Ever since this whole thing started I think it is safe to say that we have all been a bit overwhelmed — work, information overflow, social interaction, uncertainty, and some with health issues.

I have noticed that, even though I live alone, which is a perfect situation for an introverted empath, I have felt the overwhelm in unexpected ways.
