This Is How I Got Triggered And Learned From The Experience To Become A Better Person

Just recently I got triggered by three different people within 48h. I was in my PMS, New Moon was coming up, Mercury retrograde, and probably a few other celestial occurrences happening at the same time. Let’s just say I was quite sensitive at that time so I took it quite hard. On top of it all, I am a highly sensitive person, which makes everything even more difficult to digest.

And there it was…triggers coming at me from all sides — from people who actually cared — my coaches, family members, and colleagues…all coming with good intentions, of course.

However, when you’re triggered it’s hard to see the good intentions behind it. Sometimes they can’t see it either, but even without that, they mean well, right?

I felt called out, judged, criticized, and even attacked in one case. It was emotional, to say the least!

Thankfully, I had done so much work on myself, and being spiritually awakened for over 20 years now, I realized what was happening almost immediately and stepped back to process what was said. I took time to breathe, journal, cry and
